Reviews for Lotte Hotel Seattle
Highly overpriced and subpart
The hotel is overpriced, not worth the hype. The overall aura is mediocre at best. Wouldn’t be so harsh if the price was not so high. In-room service was the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel. Over 90 minutes to deliver a breakfast consisting of coffee, pancakes and French toasts.

Fantastic Stay
Used our Fine Hotels Amex Travel Credit to stay during the Christmas holiday. We were in close proximity to downtown Seattle. The Hotel Concierge recommended some nearby spots to venture to while we were there. They were courteous and extremely helpful. The fitness center was perfect for travelers (clean, new equipment) and locker rooms included (sauna, steam room, and showers). Our room was beautiful had everything we needed as well. We took advantage of the daily breakfast credit of $72 and $100 experience credit. We dined in several times and had drinks (both service and food/cocktails were amazing). They offer a Lexus program where you could rent an SUV or convertible from 9 am - 6 pm (reservations required) to go outside the city for exploring what the state has to offer. It was free of charge - just need a valid drivers license and up-to-date car insurance. Will definitely be back.

Amazing location & service
We had relaxing yet fun time in Seattle. Everything was within walking distance. Valet, front desk, concierge, in-room dining service were beyond wonderful! Thank you~

I stayed an extra night for a reason!
My stay at the Lotte in Seattle was an absolute delight! I have stayed in many places and traveled around the world, and I have to say that the level of hospitality that I have been met with by all the staff especially Melissa, has left me with fond memories of my solo birthday trip! Also thanks to Arthur! The hotel is very clean, provides high-end amenities such as Molton Brown cosmetics, has wonderful views, free valet parking, central location, a great bar with awesome bartenders who make even more awesome drinks and again, staff that truly cares. I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody that wants to have a good time in Seattle, as many sites are within walking distance. I truly feel like I received five star service and will be back!

Amazing Property in AMEX FHR Program
I stayed for one night using the AMEX FHR program. The overall experience was great - room, service, restaurant dining. Melissa at the front desk and Shane at the Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge delivered the highest quality service. I would definitely stay again and look forward to my next visit there.
