Weekend in Seattle
Great hotel, very clean and very helpful staff from the valets to the cleaning staff. Our room faced the water. Gorgeous sunset view from the 10th floor was well worth the small extra $$ during booking. The hotel is walking distance to all the popular tourists spots, great restaurants and theater. We took the light rail from the airport to downtown. This was an unexpected mode of travel as we were planning to uber. The rail was a little further walk through the airport and once you arrive at the downtown west lake station, it is 1/2 mile gentle uphill to the hotel.

Stayed at Lotte Seattle this past September 2025 and it was wonderful! Want to recognize Tory Criss as he contributed to making our time in Seattle an amazing experience: seamless, smooth, and fantastic. Every detail was impeccably executed from check in, room location, special requests, quick resolution and turnaround time, amazing restaurant recommendations around the city and top entree selections at Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge. We frequently travel for business to Seattle and are loyal to Lotte. Folks like Tory make every bit of difference when traveling as they elevate the experience and exemplify the most positive attributes of hospitality. We look forward to returning again before end of year and appreciate Tory's partnership in assisting with our upcoming travel.

Wow wow and wow
Did I mention "wow"? This is what a luxury hotel is all about. Upon arrival Gary at the front desk let us know that we were being given a complimentary upgrade to the second largest suite in the hotel which, honestly, was actually not a hotel room but a luxury apartment or 1 bedroom condo! High floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the city, ultra luxury bathroom with deep soaking tub and extra large shower. Wet bar, TVs, half bath, and all the amenities you could think of. The hotel has a complimentary car service for drop offs within 2 miles which was soooooo convenient and even offered a luxury car rental you could utilize for long trips during the day! We have stayed in the Lotte in Manhattan and this has the same exact high end luxury feel and experience. There is no doubt where we will stay anytime we are in Seattle.

I dont review hotels often, but my stay at Lotte Hotel in Seattle was fantastic. I didnt want to leave and thought it was a special, incredibly well designed and operated hotel

Fine, not great
Overall not a bad place, but they will nickel and dime you if you use the AmEx credits. Breakfast is a ripoff starting with $8 for drip coffee (ridiculous even for Seattle standards). Rooms are clean and have good light. Location feels pretty quiet but the business district is that way. It was fine, but I wouldn’t necessarily come back.
