Great hotel to stay at for a long weekend in Seattle!
Highly Recommend this hotel. Great location. Walking distance to Pike Place and Pioneer Square. Really nice rooms. Love the woods/trees theme. Great amenities in the room in case you forget anything (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.). Had a great breakfast at the restaurant on site. Great service from the front desk - arrived at 9 a.m. and did not want to check out until 1 p.m. - they had the availability to accommodate and did so without giving us any hassle or trying to nickel and dime.

We had a fantastic time at Lotte Hotel Seattle. The hotel is well maintained and offers excellent amenities and high-quality dining. Also, many staffs made our experience so special. A perfect hotel stay!
A perfect hotel stay! The interior is designed by Philip Stark, and it shows. The room was tastefully appointed, the bed was super comfortable and our room was HUGE, with high ceilings, a wall of glass and a very spacious bathroom. We had breakfast and lunch in the dining room and the food was excellent Most of all, the staff could not have been more accommodating. We visit Seattle regularly, and this will now be our hotel of choice.

New Years Stay
The Lotte Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and very clean, and the food at the restaurants was excellent. Unfortunately, the restaurant service was a major disappointment. A 20% gratuity is automatically added, yet service was extremely slow. Lunch took about 45 minutes despite there being only three guests in the lounge. Dinner took over an hour, and breakfast also took more than 45 minutes. Aside from the slow restaurant service, everything else about the stay was great. With improved service timing, this would be an outstanding hotel.

Wonderful hotel with fantastic service, especially from Antoine and Bagie (sp), and delicious food. The restaurant is on the top floor, making for a wonderful view.
