Amazing
The service at this hotel was truly exceptional. As an 18 year old , I anticipated potential biases due to my age, but I was pleasantly surprised to experience the complete opposite ,a warm and inclusive atmosphere that made me feel genuinely valued from the moment I arrived. The staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy throughout my stay, going above and beyond to ensure every need was met with efficiency and a personal touch. In particular, Tauh Dang stood out as an outstanding representative of the team; his enthusiasm, helpfulness, and genuine kindness elevated the entire experience. I will undoubtedly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Wonderful experience
Lotte Hotel experience was great. Staff excellent with timing and service, Arthur was especially helpful, saving us unwanted exertion and giving excellent directions and information the we could use to make our experience fun and timely in the short weekend we had to experience Seattle. Thank you to all Lotte personnel.

Great Experience in Seattle!
Our stay at the Hotel Lotte in Seattle was fantastic. The staff is attentive and prompt, the restaurant is delicious, and the location could not be better for access to the ferry's and piers. The Lexus service for short drop-offs was very convenient.
