Stay at the Lotte Hotel in Seattle
The Staff greeted us warmly. At check in Tory was able to arrange a fantastic room at 9:00 AM. Check out was flawless- Arthur helped us with our luggage and we were picked up Shortly afterwards with our Uber. The room was spotless. Couldn’t have imagined a room so big and beautiful. Tall ceilings, wall to wall carpeting. Nicely decorated with warm lighting. The bathroom area was extremely spacious & the showers were fantastic. My wife & I rated the hotel a 10+. We will definitely come back to the Lotte on Our next visit to Seattle.

A fantastic luxurious stay
Absolutely loved my stay here. The room was extremely spacious and well designed. The bed was comfortable. The shower was refreshing with fantastic scented soaps and shampoos. We also ate at the Charlotte for happy hour and dinner, would strongly recommend getting some snacks. The staff were also phenomenal, providing extreme attention to the guests. Rusty also was a lifesaver after letting us know about the Lexus program and giving us rides to the convention center and saving up from having to walk up hill.

A fabulous experience! You can tell that the employees love working at the hotel, snd the service was superb. I especially want to comment Rosalina, who treated us like stars. She is amazing. We look forward to telling people that there is not a better place to stay.

Beautiful stay
Excellent location. Beautiful room with an amazing view. Very nice atmosphere, quiet and respectful. The hotel was pristine and our room always clean. The restaurant was extremely good. We want to specially thank Antoine at the front desk. He went far and beyond to make our stay as epic as possible.
