Lotte Hotel Seattle

I visited in early May on a work retreat and would like to give a few particular shoutouts to Kara Lee, Tiffany Hing, and Arthur with concierge. There were many helpful staff members, but those three made the entire visit extra lovely.

We had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Seattle. A special thank you to Arthur and Philip for their exceptional care and service. They were incredibly kind and friendly, and went above and beyond by sharing detailed local recommendations while driving us around. Their warm hospitality and helpful suggestions made our trip so much more enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for the outstanding team like Arthur and Philip. Thank you both so much!

Great property, with a top class lounge/restaurant. The showers and bathrooms were great and rooms clean and comfortable. Shout out to the house car driver team Phillip and Arthur. They were knowledgeable and helpful.

The best thing about hte hotel was staff. They were all very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very modern. All of the staff were very rpofessional. The front desk staff were a pleasure to deal with. The valet and bell staff who are first to greet you were aways helpful . The hotel as a courtesy car which will take you up to 2 miles from the hotel. Arthur and Philip provided us with rides thwoce adn were terrific. They included short tours along with the rides. When we left for home they even took us toe a further light rail station then we suggested so we did not have to use any stairs or elevator. We plan to return ot the Lotte the next time we are in Seattle. It is a good locatoin near an a number of mass transit lines. The breakfast is fairly expensive but wsa good and the eggs were always perfectly cooked.

Arthur and Philip gave us a great quick tour of downtown Seattle. They were both so kind, shared helpful local information, and gave us a great feel for the city!
