I had an awesome stay at the Lotte Hotel Seattle for my birthday. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Georgi helped me at the front desk and acknowledged my AmeX FHR benefits and helped me with a room upgrade! This was our first time staying here but definitely will not be our last!

Luxurious Stay!
Downtown location about 5 blocks behind the ferry terminal. Beautiful view of the bay. Room very spacious and bathroom luxurious with convenient amenities like blow dryer, q tips, toothpaste, etc. Sauna and steam room were very nice. Fitness center was well supplied with cardio equipment, free weights, cable machine and incline bench. The complimentary Lexus car rides to locations within 2 miles of hotel was especially convenient. Hospitality did a fantastic job cleaning and restocking the room. Quite a hike uphill to the hotel from the waterfront but coming in from a different direction was not as steep. Highly recommend the Lotte Hotel!
