Absolutely a Top Performing Hotel!! Must Book Here!!
I have traveled for 36 years across the United States, Caribbean, and Middle East staying with Hyatt. In my memory, there are only two hotels that hit this level of extraordinary service, quality, and value: here and the Park Hyatt Dubai. Big shout out to the restaurant team: Mathew, Julia, Bella, Rakea. Oscar S, Oscar P, & Liliana; as well as Albir at the Front Desk. If you are in Seattle for weekend brunch, get the biscuits and gravy!!! Nothing like it

Well located and great staff
The hotel staff were really friendly. Dylan offered us glasses of bubbles at check-in and upgraded us to a water-view for the single night we were staying at the Thompson Seattle. The view was awesome! We had a great time and loved being so close to Pike Place Market and so many good coffee shops and things to do. The Nest on the rooftop is a great bar at sunset or night time to enjoy the skyline. We had dinner at Conversation and enjoyed our food as well.

Mediocre at Best
Room was not ready to check-in even after the original scheduled 1500 check-in time. Staff was cheeky and attempted to belittle my girlfriend when she attempted to finally retrieve the room keys at 2330 but they still didn’t budge! 11/10 would not recommend! Absolute waste of currency!

Perfect Location for Sightseeing
Thompson Seattle is a great location - walking distance to Pike's Market and many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and had a delicious breakfast. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioner/pipes but it wasn't bad enough to notify the front desk until our last night. We let them know when we checked out, so hopefully the problem will be resolved for the next guests.

3 day pre-cruise stay
Great location if you overlook all the drug users on the sidewalk near the valet stand. Restaurant (went 3 times)… less than attentive. No welcome wine (as per the $29 daily amenity fee description). Nest…. Great location and views. Service was marginal at best. Staff was aloof and non accommodating. Appears to please the “regulars” who live in Seattle. As the guest, you’re definitely not the priority. If it wasn’t in the location, which is what it has going for it, I’d stay elsewhere.
