Great find, perfect location just steps away from the Pike Place Market, and the customer service was amazing. Room was a bit small but the views from the room were beautiful. They have a rooftop bar with amazing views as well.

Send Seattle staff to the Denver Thomson so they can learn how to run a hotel
Such a disappointing experience, especially after staying at the Denver Thompson two weeks ago. The lobby staff is disinterested and unwelcoming. The room was missing a sheer curtain. The design of the lobby is dark and confusing. The “free” breakfast service was terrible. We waited over an hour between ordering and being served. We ordered eggs, toast and oatmeal. The restaurant was not crowded. I know there are staffing issues but the situation was handled badly by the staff that was there. Little communication, explanation or apology.

Rooms are sub par. Overpriced. Food and beverage has an auto 20% tip. QR code for in room dining did not work. Front desk was friendly.
