Wonderful stay
Excellent stay overall. As Globalist, the hotel upgraded me to an Executive Studio Suite, which was actually a one bedroom suite with two baths. The hotel carefully attended to my requests I had made in advance, which was greatly appreciated. Both the facilities and the service were outstanding, making this a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Last quick trip to Seattle - wonderful experience
The Thompson Seattle Hotel delivers a strong experience. Front desk, dining, and room service teams show patience and flexibility. Staff handle requests smoothly and stay attentive. Rooms and common areas stay consistently clean. My boys loved the wagyu burger. They ordered it almost every night as a late-night meal. The location works well, with easy walking access to Pike Place Market and other surrounding areas.

Great hotel, negligent valets.
Everything was wonderful as always except for the fact that the front rim of my Mercedes AMG was badly damaged while in the custody of your valets. It may not be repairable and these rims are special to the AMG and no longer produced. A new set is over $7000. I did not notice the damage until I returned home on January 2.

New Year's Holiday visit to the Thompson Seattle
Overall, the hotel was amazing. Everything about it was high quality. Be aware. The soda water in the restaurant is out of a can and not worth the $7.00 they charge for it. We loved the fragrances of the soap and shampoo and purchased all of them to take home.

Love this hotel!
This was my second time staying at this hotel. Love how close it is to the Pike Place Market and to all the attractions in the area. I took the ferry and it’s a short 15 minute walk to the hotel. I was able to walk everywhere! Great service, good food, and great location all in one! Highly recommend!
