Perfect stay for The Rolling Stones concert, within walking distance of Lumen Field. All the staff here deliver 5 star service, prompt attention given to answering phones, texts, front desk always staffed, all staff friendly, approachable, it’s nice to see that post Covid there is somewhere you can go that is still service forward. They even brought me little chocolates to my room as a treat, how sweet! The only complaint I have is that the hotel doesn’t offer 24 hour room service. They do breakfast for room service though and the food was great. Hotel was quiet. Decor was lovely, will definitely stay again and would recommend.

Hyatt Pive is great. Upgraded to large corner room, greeted with chocolates and champagne in room. Breakfast was great, special Dungeness crab Benedict, best ever! Staff was very accommodating. Location is the best, next to Pike's Market. Will definitely be back!

I probably will not stay here again. There were a lot of little annoyances and some odd choices for the design of the hotel. The front desk, valet and house keeping were all nice and helpful. The experience is certainly not premium for what you would expect for this category of hotel and the cost. There are much better options in the area. The rooftop bar is very unprofessional and really affects the experience for hotel guests.

Although I'm a Hyatt Globalist, this was my first Thompson stay thus I arrived without any particular expectations...and was highly impressed by the service (especially) and the hotel itself - overall I had a fantastic experience! In particular, the welcome and responsiveness of the staff was striking - friendly, efficient, follow through to requests was spot-on and fast...I can't remember a recent Hyatt (or any) experience this good. Yes, they don't have standard suites, but are clear about that and I loved the u/g to a high floor water view (LOVED that view!), and found the room plenty spacious for two. Each to their own, but I'll take high-quality 'instant' coffee and a good kettle any day over the usual hotel room 'ashes steeped in dishwater' and crappy machines. Bed was super super comfy. Our breakfast in the restaurant was excellent - great selections, prepared and presented with care, and again great service and conversation/ local intel (admittedly it was pretty empty at the time). Even the valet was superb even though we weren't parking at the hotel - I'm 'getting used to' valets, it seems, being "hurry up, move along" and generally rude, but here they were actually helpful, quick but laid-back, with a sense of humor! In short, I was surprised and delighted at the Thomson, and look forward to returning.
