L'Auberge de Sedona

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I were married in Sedona on September 14 and stayed at L’Auberge de Sedona for our honeymoon. The highlight of our stay was Erin at the front desk. She was joyful, personable, and truly celebrated our special occasion with us. On my wedding day, with just an hour to prepare after check-in, Erin and Lexa went above and beyond to accommodate us with an early check-in. Their kindness and efficiency made a stressful moment so much smoother, and I’ll always remember their warmth. Having been a Director at Enchantment Resort, I know what authentic hospitality looks like — and Erin and Lexa are shining examples. They made us feel not just welcomed but genuinely appreciated. Thank you both for making our wedding stay unforgettable!

We had a 5 star experience. Everyone from the Valet to the concierge was excellent. Our Valets Hugo, David W., Carter and Marlon were so friendly and accommodating. They recommend restaurants and picked us up in the complimentary van within minutes of calling for pick up. Erin at the front desk went out of her way to arrange a breakfast for us since our pink jeep tour was leaving at 715am. This was appreciated beyond words because nothing is open before 7am and we had a 2 hour ride to the Grand Canyon. Mattie at the front desk was very helpful about questions about the bill and other things. Overall, everyone is very kind and helpful. If I ever return to Sedona, hands down, 100% I would stay there Again.

This was not our first time staying at the resort. The property itself is beautiful, is has wonderful cousin and offer relaxing ambiance. However, we again and again are running into administration staff who has no idea what they were doing. It took us forever to check in and check out. We were using several gift cards towards the final bill and the staff acted as if they had no idea how to apply those. The lady at the front desk subjected the guests in front and behind us to the same attitude and looked visibly annoyed with all the questions. We mentioned that inside our room there was ant colony (have pics) but, to our upmost surprise, got no attention. SO MUCH FOR $1,800 ROOM PER NIGH! In addition, we felt in love with the property a few years ago and wanted to host a few events. Our representatives stayed at the property for a weekend last year were were placed in the house next to the wedding venue where the construction of the stage started at 6am on Saturday morning and dismantling followed at 6am on Sunday morning. The staff at the property said there was nothing they could do and they would improve the planning in the future! For $1,800 nightly rate! This time we decided to see if the administration truly improved the service but found no change as the planner never showed up for the meeting. We went to Ambiente resort next door and what a huge difference in customer service! Very sad because we truly enjoyed L 'Auberge in Sedona.

Overpriced, room service was excellent, everything else fell short. Room wasn’t ready on time. Had a utility shack attached to our cottage that the staff went into at all times of night and AM making loud banging noises. For 1500/night, the room should be ready on time and shouldn’t be noisy because of staff.

We hosted our Client Retreat at L'Auberge de Sedona and their staff was AMAZING. From Joy and her team in the spa, to Holly, Jennifer and Sam who helped us with coordinating our meals, rooms, etc, everyone was truly amazing. The banquet team went above and beyond when serving our guests dinners, even reheating and delivering dinner to the room of one of our guests who couldn't make it to dinner! Big thank you to Joe, Anggie, Aaron, Henry, Rey, Byron, Marlon and Josh for all the did when setting up and serving our dinners. Our guests could not stop raving about the staff, ambiance, and the amenities.
