Bliss by the creek
We had a wonderful time during our couple of night stay at L'Auberge. We are locals from Phoenix and went up to escape the heat. The staff was wonderful. The attention to even the smallest details throughout the resort, our room, and the service was fantastic. We enjoyed some pampering at the spa and good food with a fantastic view from our back deck and at the creekside restaurant. This resort does not disappoint.

L'Auberge vs. Enchantment? L'Auberge all the way!
We had more than a few hiccups during our visit--but the staff was first rate and treated us with such care and kindness that we felt completely taken care of. We had to change rooms twice due to malfunctioning air conditioners. By the time we were ready to move to our third room, Milena Barbosa at the Check-in Lodge was so extraordinarily professional and kind and patient that she smoothed over whatever stress we were feeling. We were treated to an upgrade for our troubles by Milena--something we did not ask for nor did she have to do. But we were so grateful to experience L'Auberge in the way that we did. In addition to Milena, everyone we interacted with was so professional and nice--the service there is such a standout. For luxury experiences in Sedona, it seems that Enchantment and L'Auberge are the two properties that come up most frequently. To us, there is no contest: L'Auberge with its placement on Oak Creek, beautiful landscaping, and superior staff and service is the clear winner.

Paid a lot, but didn’t get much
We had a terrible experience at this 5* resort. It started when we checked in: Room not ready, no service at the bar while waiting for room, No service at pool Room service was terrible, delivered food with no napkin or silverware. 5 star price/2star treatment

Literally nothing bad and only good things to say
This had to be the best hotel/resort I’ve ever stayed at. Service was great, breakfast menu (only meal we had at the property) was great, and the room was better than we could have asked for. Please change nothing before we can book another longer stay soon :)

Magical
Having previously been to this amazing place-i was quite looking forward to the experience. We had booked a lodge room but as it was our anniversary trip we were so kindly upgraded to a cabin! With an outdoor shower! If you have never experienced Sedona-this is the best and most luxurious way to do so. We were also gifted a bottle of wine and chocolates to enhance the event. Dinner on the creek is magic-oh and delicious too. Gorgeous location, gorgeous accommodations, amazing art scattered through the property and the kindest people- l’auberge not only maintained it’s allure-it got even better!
