Outstanding reservation experience
My wife and I recently booked a Fall anniversary trip at this resort. We scoured Sedona hotels/resorts, and finally determined that L'Auberge De Sedona would be the ideal fir for our celebratory occasion. As I was securing our reservation online, I had a few questions to which I could not readily find answers, so I phoned the Reservations Team and was put in contact with an Agent, Alexis. She is the primary reason for my comments here. Simply put, Alexis was an absolute delight. Not only did she fully and patiently answer my questions, she shared package ideas which based on my description of our interests, turned out to be an outstanding value for us. In addition to her professional skillset, what made the greatest impression is her expressed love and enthusiasm for the property where she works. Frankly, her exuberance has made my wife and I even more excited for our upcoming trip. In my opinion, Alexis' innate warmth, professionalism and genuine care for the hotel's guests make her a valuable team member and true asset for L'Auberge De Sedona.

BEWARE - Really just a Motel Room Experience for Ritz Carlton Prices.
Horrible experience. Horrific room, staff and facilities. My room was apparently like a converted MOTEL. Do not be fooled by the L'Auberge de Sedona website. My opinion is that I would never stay here - ever.

Great Hotel. Hilton not represented well
Hilton not represented well. The staff has a standard "NO UPGRADES AVAILABLE" speech when arriving even though we are DIAMOND and stayed midweek on purpose. Also they have the same "NO LATE CHECK OUTS" speech ready for anyone asking even Diamond. These are standard Diamond offerings and should be honored. We were even in a standard handicapped room and there is no way they needed that at 11am. Never had this happen before and we stay at all of the Hilton 5 star properties. No Honors check in either.

Loved Sedona
We loved the location, and our cottage was very nice. Our 2 meals at their restaurant, Cress on Oak Creek, were disappointing. Dinner was o.k. but breakfast was not. Beds were lovely and towels also.

Relaxing couples vacation
A relaxing vacation, in a beautiful town. The location had an amazing views and the entire staff was very attentive and considerate of our every needs. We will be visiting again in the future.
