Out of the way but super quiet
Came here for a business activity (and we were taken care of very well) and also some personal time. The hotel is very quiet (I never heard my neighbours) and although the property is not new the rooms are taken care of and maintained very well. The best lighting in a bathroom I have had in a long time! It’s a little out of the way from public transport but just get on your Uber or other app and they will take you anywhere, especially Myeongdong which isn’t far away. Exceeded my expectations and would consider staying again

Terrible experience
Terrible experience ! I’ve waited 6 hours between my the lobby and wandering outside just because my room is not ready ! No solution just wait Conrad hotel was way better ! They upgraded me to the suite instead of leaving me like this . What a poor service !

Consider other hotels, this one isn't it
Did not have a good experience. I slept poorly every night I was there because the temperature control in the room doesn't go below a certain point (24 degrees C). The best they were able to do is give me a fan. Management was difficult to work with. For the amount you'd be paying for this hotel, look elsewhere.

My home in Seoul
I've stay at Ambassador for 6 times. It's indeed as my home while visiting Seoul. My birthday was during this stay, so they prepared a lovely cheese platter and a bottle of red wine for greeting. I'd like to recommend executive floor rooms, evening happy hour is fantastic for floor guests. I'd also appreciate Daniel 's efficient service, while my room 's television occurred some problem.
