Reviews for Fairmont Peace Hotel
A Fantastic Stay!
Shortly before we were due to arrive for our stay at the Peace Hotel, Shanghai, kevin contacted us to ensure us that everything would be arranged for when we arrived. On our arrival we were warmly checked in by Melody who immediately made us feel welcome. The lounge experience was of extremely high standard with the quality of the food being very good. The colleagues in the lounge enhanced our visits there with excel service, especially Max who always made us feel very welcome. Robin, who gave us a tour of the hotel museum was very friendly and made it a very interesting tour, even taking a little video of us acting out a little walk down the corridor! And Alexander of the concierge department was incredibly helpful and attentive even taking us to the highest point of the hotel deck to photograph us with the fantastic views of The Bund. An incredible stay indeed!

The Fairmont Gold team Nana, Eric and Kevin are absolutely amazing!! We got the best service, no question too much for them. We receive an excquisite treatment here. I love this place so much!

Museum Tour
It is so comfortable to enjoy the stay of Fairmont peace hotel. We really appreciate the decoration of the peace hotel. The lobby was very luxury and the marble is also very nice. The tour in the museum is fantastic and enjoyable. We really enjoyed the moment in the museum. The tour guide Robin Wei is humorous and and he makes us very comfortable at all. Highly recommended all of you to visit this hotel again.

Excellent historic hotel
Stayed here over the weekend, love every single bit of it. Services were fantastic and the museum tour by Robin helped me appreciate many fascinating aspects in the hotel that I wouldn’t have spotted. Would definitely recommend people visiting SH to stay in this hotel.

Great heritage hotel with lots of historical events and antiques at the museum. Plus the rooms were fantastic. Very famous 96 years hotel in Shamghai. Great experience
