The Historical Hotel of Shanghai
The tour was highly informative about this historic hotel, where you get to go into very exclusive areas like the VIP entrance to one of the banquet rooms, and our tour guide Robin is very welcoming and makes the experience more fun overall

The Very Friendly Robin
Robin was an amazing guide. He took us to the museum and shared with us the history of the building and it's founder. He also explained the design and overall geographical aspects of the building, which provided me with a lot of insight and new knowledge. He speaks excellent English and takes nice pictures. Even though I only came here for the tour, the next time I come to Shanghai, I want to stay here.

Staying in a Fairmont Gold room gives access to perks that are hard to beat: A private, dedicated space with its own check-in and check-out experience, which already sets the tone for personalized service. Complimentary meals and refreshments across the day, including continental breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails / hors d’oeuvres. The “small plates” and canapés offered in the evening are particularly well-presented and delicious. What really elevates the Gold Lounge is the staff. They are attentive, friendly, and seem genuinely interested in making your stay as comfortable as possible. They often recognize repeat guests by name, ensuring small but meaningful courtesies. I will also say a big big thank you to All the colleagues in FG TEAM( max, nana, Nora,Scott,Kevin, melody and evanta)

Amazing stay
Beautiful hotel, amazing views, excellent services. Our Signature River View Suite was huge and comfortable, with wonderful views. The Gold Lounge is a perfect oasis with an amazing team.

Our stay at the Peace Hotel was out of this world. The staff were excellent and showed genuine commitment to service and customer support. They were helpful beyond belief and exhibited their commitment to customer service with a friendly and engaging manner. The property itself was unbelievable. It is known for its excellence and has a such an historic presence in the city since its beginning in 1929. The food was excellent, and accommodations were superior. The value for the price was excellent.
