Lovely hotel in a great location
The hotel is in an excellent location, being very close to the Bund. Staff and facilities were very good. Breakfast very good. Bedroom very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very expensive and there wasn't another option, so we did in room dining,which was very nice.

Second Time Around
Second time staying at this Grande Dame of a hotel. Fabulous 5-star service from start to finish. Nothing was too much to ask of the staff. In fact, they anticipate your needs and proactively off assistance. We stayed on the Executive Floor. Each and every morning we were greeted warmly, as well, for the evening. We enjoyed having a glass of wine after a full day of touring. In the evening, we crossed the street to enjoy the magnificent view on the Bund. We also enjoyed a birthday dinner at the Cathy Room, which was excellent - and what a view on the rooftop! We are looking forward to returning. Thank you!
