Pleasant room with adequate equipment, if not really modern, and excellent location in Pudong for this luxury hotel. It is however a very large and extremely impersonal place and front desk is a bit overwhelmed leading to delays for check in/out and luggage management. Breakfast in a corridor is a highly impractical disgrace. As for the ecological responsibility of the hotel… see the photos… they just take their customers for fools. A pity.

Overall good service and facilities. Had to wait awhile for the room key and was compensated with breakfast which was very nice. Hotel staff should aspire to have a good English speaker at the front desk at every time. Also, two or three more English TV channels would be nice. Thank you!
