The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong

I'm so in love with this hotel, Ritz Carlton Pudong Shanghai. I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. starting from Mr. Tom, upgraded my room, gave me the best Shanghai's view, a view to die for everytime I woke up and before went to bed. Miss Monica, arranged for me everythings so helpful and professional, starting from private pilates coach, private personal trainer session until private golf coach. A very warm welcoming and friendly. Makes me feel like I'm a local now. 😍. Miss Ashin, always ready to help me, provided all my needs till the small things like bought the suitcasesuitcase, etc. This hotel score is 10 out of 10. so perfect, located direct to Pearl Tower Shanghai, connected with IFC mall, very easy for shopping, food, all by walking distance. unbeatable experience. Thank you for everything.

My family and I enjoyed a truly memorable one-night staycation here last weekend, just before school started again for my son. It was the perfect way to cap off the summer. A very special thank you to Jane Song from the PR department. We stayed in the Oriental Pearl Tower View Suite, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The iconic view was, of course, breathtaking, but what made it truly special were all the thoughtful touches: the warm welcome, the smooth check-in and check-out, welcoming gifts for the kids, a beautiful bouquet, a delicious cake, and fresh fruit—every detail brought smiles to our faces. We also greatly appreciated the complimentary access to the executive lounge, which offered a wide selection of drinks and high-quality food. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It’s been a long time since we’ve experienced such a wonderful and relaxing weekend getaway right here in the city. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We were invited over to join friends for an evening meal at the club lounge. What a place! View from the lounge over towards the bund and all the huge buildings, we couldn't stop gazing out of the window. The service from the staff was attentive, and personal. Food and drink was very good. We have told ourselves, if we ever return to Shanghai, we will make our best to try and stay and visit this place again. Highly recommend

My family had an awesome stay at Ritz Pudong. Good service, spacious rooms, and delicious breakfast. Location is good - just a short walk from the Huangpu river. Views from the Flair rooftop bar are spectacular, but they require crazy minimum spend, and food isn't all that good.

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel during my short trip to Shanghai to celebrate my partner’s birthday. I was upgraded to a Bund View room using my Marriott Nightly Upgrade Awards. While some may prefer the Pearl Tower view, the Bund view is also breathtaking. The room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety with more western-style. And you can enjoy it with a stunning view. The staff at this hotel is really exceptional. Kudos to Daisy from the concierge team for the arrangements prior my arrival, Doris for helping me for the lion plush, Hina at Flair for her warm hospitality, and the manager (whose name I didn’t catch) at the breakfast restaurant who remembered me each morning. I would recommend this hotel.
