Just finishing a 10 day stay at The Four Seasons Sharm. The trip has exceeded all expectations. The room (one bed suite) was spacious, clean and full of little details that make you, as a guest, feel valued and well taken care of. The food was almost universally exceptional with great choices and prices which we felt were reasonable for the quality. Service was attentive, respectful, quick and unassuming. Every request made was greeted with a smile and a swift response. We could not wish for anything more. All staff at this resort are exceptional. Special thanks to Saudy Sayed for introducing us to some excellent local delicacies and making us feel such valued guests. Hany clearly runs an excellent team at the Waha pool and we very much enjoy feeling part of their family come the end of our trip. Raffat poolside treats never failed to make us smile. David at Breeze Bar provided a quiet exceptional service at cocktail time. Mariam enthusiasm greeted us daily, a reflection of the general approach of all staff. Thank you Four Seasons, we plan to return soon.

To make short. Spa is terrible (0/10) way below the standards of four seasons in any where else. New rooms are amazing (9/10) Breakfast (6/10) limited options, but chef is absolutely amazing. Beach service (3/10), especially in new beach. Drinks service is so slow. No food is offered in beach. Restaurants (we tried pan-asian and Lebanese) (8/10) Water activities: (run by four season 10/10) (run by third party, booked via four season but done by other is terrible 0/10 because one of the staff verbally harassed my friend) but thanks ms. Reham she will take an action against them. In summary, would I come again? Maybe I will for the room, coral, water activity. But if I’m looking for spa, beach. I’ll not.

This hotel is considered the largest and most luxurious hotel I have seen. It is truly a hotel worth visiting and I highly recommend it to anyone who comes to Sharm El Sheikh. Large, spacious rooms, excellent views, a varied breakfast, and a quiet setting. All the staff are friendly and have a high level of cooperation. There are many outdoor sessions, all of which are wonderful, and there are a number of distinctive restaurants. You do not need to leave the hotel. I advise everyone to have a beautiful and exciting experience in this distinguished hotel

This is our second year here (family of 5, we travelled with my mother and our 2 kids who are 7 and 11). It is one of the best resorts we have ever stayed in, and we are lucky enough to be able travel frequently all over the world. 2 bedroom suites with the living room and patio are perfect, pools are warm with comfy beds, towels and water provided. The service is exemplary. The food in the many restaurants is incredible and the snorkelling off the house reef is beautiful (I have dived all over the world and definitely up there with the best). We are about to book to come back next year.
