The location is great and there are 4 shopping malls nearby with many shops and restaurant. The room is spacious with modern decoration. We lived on the 30/F and the view is awesome. The service is nice. After we checked in, the kids amenities were immediately sent to room. The bathroom is great, but the bathing area is quite shabby. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows are too soft to me and I was not able to sleep well

The Guest Relations Manager perform his professional and very helpful manner services to guests. I would like to strongly recommend the hotel to hire more staff in such level staff. The room services and even bell boys may perform an excellent services. The room is tidy and elegant, absolutely worth to recommend to my friends and my customers who will visit Shenzhen. Room price is reasonable and location is excellent. Compare with other same stars hotel in Shenzhen, especially near the area, I will not recommend others, but only Four Seasons. I do not have time to visit your sport center, swimming pool and restaurant in this trip. I hope I may have a chance to visit in my next trip. The only thing I found not in 100 marks, but 90 marks is the floor I stay in 9F is too close to the bar terrace and could not open curtain often.

Big shout out to the Marmara, Max and Miley at the Executive Lounge. We felt pampered with their warm hospitality. Rooms are in good size and beds are very comfortable. The hotel is located in the middle of Futian with a few shopping mall within 3 mins walk.

Wonderful trip full of surprises and touches! We have decided to host a baby shower party for our friends in SZ, I’ve been contacting the guest experience team, Marmara, Max & Miley were such a sweet team and helpful! From the rooms arrangement till the decorations assistance, just can’t ask for more! Everything went super smooth! And the amenities are all beautiful, the cookies, the cupcakes and the beautiful cake from Chef Mary. Apparently one suite has been renovated and we love it! Will definitely come back and hopefully get to see more renovated rooms. Can’t wait to see you again Four seasons SZ! Keith

This is a upscale top notch 5 star hotel. Food is delicious. The room is very spacious, and the bed is comfortable. It works well for business travels as there are many electricity plugs for all devices. The gym and the changing room are well eqipped. Hotel is located right opposite the Exibition Center and many shopping malls. All staff are friendly and welcoming. In partiular, the manager Clarence Chu is very professional and most helpful. We will certainly come back.
