We have a remarkably good week, perfect fecinating, memorable, relaxing, socializing, absolutely stunning somethings, are just too beautiful for words that my heart is deeply touched. It is really beyond my expectations, thankful to all staff for their outstanding performances, stunning from every angle so amazing and incredible magnificently. We planned a relaxed family stay at this property. One reason we chose it was the wellness area. Long story short: hotel staff informed me without any regret that my son is not allowed to use it. Despite non of such information available online at time of booking or anywhere in the hotel documents. Even worse: the complaint handling of the management is absolutely not in line with RC standards. Apologies but bo solutions to turn the bad experience around. My first negative experience in a Ritz Carlton property as Marriott Ambassador and certainly the first and last stay at this hotel. More disappointed by the maagement handling than the restriction on guests itself.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen. The staff were consistently friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire experience feel special from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to Bruce, the on-duty manager, and Ren for helping make our trip so memorable. Bruce went above and beyond to arrange a special surprise for my parents, who were celebrating their wedding anniversary, and also for our two kids, who both have December birthdays. Those thoughtful touches made a meaningful difference and turned a great stay into an exceptional one. Thank you again to Bruce, Ren, and the entire Ritz-Carlton team for making our Shenzhen trip unforgettable.

A very nice stay and would stay again. Located 2 mins walk from the exhibition centre and next door to a shopping centre which has everything. Room Very spacious room and comfortable bed. As usual hotels don’t have an area with a mirror, plug and seat and so stood up drying my hair (unsure who designs hotels as it’s the same in c90% of hotels). That said there is no real desk area in the room. There is a table but you would have to sit on the sofa or a lounge chair rather than a comfortable office chair. As such I would not plan to work in the hotel. Food The Italian restaurant is wonderful and would recommended a visit. The food and the service was outstanding. Breakfast is good in the main restaurant with plenty of choice but drinks and eggs can take a while and so do ensure you have available time. The executive lounge is nice for drinks, food and the view in an evening. The lounge breakfast was so so. Many of the breakfast items must be out for quite a while as the hashbrowns and cold meats weren’t great. I would recommend using the main restaurant for breakfast. Spa The spa was OK. Some of the massage was hit and miss ie she would massage one way on one side and then not do the same on the other. Also wasn’t strong enough. I would recommend the shopping centre next door and one level down. There are 4/5 spas as you alight the escalator and I went to two of these and excellent! Other amenities I didn’t get a chance to use other facilities this visit but friends who also stayed at the hotel used the gym, pool and bar and said were lovely.

Premium service. Great location and extensve facilities. Fabulous gym - the best I have seen in any hotel. Food is average at best. The Club Lounge is a big plus. Service at Reception is helpful and attentive, but incredibly slow. It takes ages for staff to process a check-in or an extension, as if they are typing up the entire booking form from scratch. I stayed there for 2 weeks, and their major fault is that they have zero price loyalty for longer term guests. The price is the price, no matter how long you have stayed. And sometimes the online price is cheaper than that offered by Reception. The drinks and service in the Curv bar and the cafe are excellent. The service in Flavorz restaurant is also excellent, but the food there is not exceptional at all. And they charge $85+ for the dinner buffet option - far too expensive for what's on offer. The wine is also very expensive. The location is great, and you are within walking distance of Coco Park shopping centre, and some bars and restaurants. Overall, I would stay here again . But I would be more pricee sensitive, as there are similar hotels nearby at better rates
