I have stayed at some of the finest hotels in the world. I travel frequently and I know what luxury looks like. But what the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen delivered to my family was something I have never experienced before and will never forget. Our story began before we even arrived. When I initially struggled to complete my booking online due to our family size, Vincy from the reservations team stepped in personally. She was responsive, professional and genuinely caring from the very first email — arranging our room, our baby crib, and noting every special request without us having to ask twice. But nothing prepared us for what we found when we opened the door to our room. The team had transformed it into a magical Frozen wonderland for my 4-year-old daughter Alicia — Elsa and Anna balloons, Olaf, snowflakes, a full Elsa doll, a handwritten letter from Elsa herself signed by the entire team. For my 1-year-old son Noah, a Ritz Kids camping tent with a play campfire, toys and personalised lion cubs with both children’s names embroidered on them. A candy spread. A fruit basket. Custom room cards. My daughter’s face when she walked into that room is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Vincy, Nicole, Cookie and Ellen — you are not just exceptional professionals. You are exceptional human beings. You turned a hotel stay into a chapter of our family story. The Club Junior Suite was stunning, the Club Lounge was exceptional, the breakfast was outstanding, and the location is superb. We stayed here for a family trip and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The concierge team offered us tremendous help throughout our stay. They kindly recommended nice local restaurants nearby, arranged taxis for my parents, and even helped to translate with the drivers, which made our outing much smoother. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, within easy reach of shopping malls and convenient facilities. Everything was well arranged and comfortable. It was truly a perfect family journey, and we highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for dining, shopping, and entertainments. The staff are courteous, polite, and professional. The public spaces are clean, polished, and tastefully designed. Highly recommended for business and pleasure. If you are elite Bonvoy members, you will have access to delicious, culturally curated food and beverages.

Great location, amazing staff and truly a great experience when you stay at ritz. Have been staying here for over 5 years and I have always had the best experience. The atmosphere is great and their staffs truly move mountains to ensure their guests are taken care of. The rooms are upgraded and looks amazing with great views of the city.
