True 5 star hotel. From the living areas to the bedrooms, dining areas and the food served, everything is impeccable and of a high standard. Very friendly staff attentive to customers' minimum needs, attention to detail and courtesy make this hotel a must. Room of excellent size with everything you could ask for at this level of hotel: TV, Wi-Fi, good quality slippers, sofas and side table, desk, lots of electrical outlets. Very spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath, including a TV to watch films while relaxing in the bath. The restaurant is also worth trying, excellent food, and a top-notch Chef.

I have just finished a one night stay here. The check in was ultra friendly and quick however I had ordered a king room and was given a double room as they were ‘too busy’ Room was spacious and great view. Bed really comfy and great bathroom with the and shower. Lovely coffee shop. All staff were amazing and location was great also

What an amazing staff at the Hotel. The executive lounge was fantastic but the staff was even better. Fiona especially was incrediblely helpful. Likely because the GM was very visible and present in the hotel - you really had a sense that you were staying at their home and we're part of the family (but we're exempt from chores 😊) or just honored guest. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Shenzhen. It is one of the best within the Marriott group and I'm a lifetime platinum member so I have been to hundreds of properties.

The hotel has one of the best club lounge in Shenzhen. Five meals a day with excellent service and the guests are addressed by their surnames. The room is also spacious with quality amenities. The breakfast has a variety of dishes and the Chinese restaurant onsite offers quality cuisine with affordable prices. It is also conveniently located in Fuitian district, right next to a subway station and shopping malls, and within walking distance to the high speed train station through underground passage within 10-15 minutes.
