Park Hyatt Siem Reap

This was our second visit to PH Siem Reap. We chose to return to this property for our 2.5 week stay as it has a very central location, as well as one of the most genuinely kind staff. Our reservation included an upgrade, and we were given a very spacious room on the third floor that had a beautiful view of both the courtyard as well as the city, a large seating area, and a very large bathroom. All the 5-star hotel amenities were provided, as well as re-stocked as needed on a daily basis. The housekeeping team had great attention to detail and consistently did a nice job of tidying up the room each day, as well as providing turndown service each evening. We used the fitness room as well as enjoyed the very relaxing pool area. Location is within walking distance of pub street and many small local restaurants; however, there are always tuk-tuk's available right out front. They are very easy to take for a quick one-way journey, or I'd recommend hiring them for an hour or more to drive around the city and enjoy the sights. Breakfast was included in our stay. Before arriving at breakfast you could enjoy a coconut, local coffee, and even a short shoulder and back massage. Breakfast had a lot to choose from, and provided both western and local options, pastries, and fresh juices. Thank you to Chef Sugi and Chef Kimsan who were present each morning, and knowing we were staying for such a long time, offered to make us something off the menu if we ever got tired of the food. We also enjoyed steaks in The Dining Room while attending the Apsara show during dinner one evening, everything was cooked perfectly. In-room dining also has a good selection of choices and always arrived quickly. I can honestly say that we didn't get tired of the food as not only were there plenty of options, but all of it was very good! I know I'll be missing a few names, but thank you to Merylin, PP, and ViVi in guest services, as well as Thary, Siteth and Tola in the dining area who always greeted us with a smile, made sure we always had yummy snacks to eat, and provided such warm service. We had such an enjoyable and memorable stay, and hope to return in the future.

We just got back from our AMAZING trip to Siem Reap. We travel around the world and this place is top notch that starts with the staff. This trip would have not been the same if we didn’t experience the beautiful hospitality of the many wonderful people at this hotel. We stayed 4 nights and every day was made special by the staff. Some of them we will miss are Vivi, Pich, Khum, Champa and many others who I forgot names. I looked forward to the amazing breakfast every morning that has a wide variety of foods and as many coconuts 🥥 as I could drink! The location cant be beat with a short walk to Pub street and restaurants.

We had the most wonderful stay in October. From the facility, to the staff, the food (both breakfast and the bar in the evening were amazing), to the excursions we booked through the hotel...all were top of class. Will stay there again when we return to beautiful Siem Reap!

Stayed here for fall break trip for 3 nights. Once I had researched the hotel, I canceled some of our activities to be able to spend more time at the resort. It was incredible! Such a beautiful place! We stayed in the rooftop suite which was incredible! They have quite a few included activities (10 minute massage daily, flower folding, clay sculpting, gratitude boats, Asparagus dance, etc)! The pools are also amazing. And I love the covered areas to avoid sunscreen. Dinner was great in the restaurant too. We had breakfast each morning. Lots of great choices but I will be dreaming of the French toast with carmelized pineapple & coconut ice cream for years to come. It was so good!! Went there with my husband & 17 yo daughter for her belated birthday. They made her feel so special!
