Excellent service (with very good customer care and support), very good d food (with a surprisingly breakfast), accommodation and location (very close to all the major city attractions).

This hotel caters to your every want and need. We booked the executive suite and they treated us like royalty. From the moment we checked in we were treated to a fabulous neck and shoulder massage and drinks. They gave us complementary treats every evening. They even noticed my partner didn’t have a bookmark for the book he was reading so they gave him one. We had the most amazing soup our first night there made by Chef Kim and it wasn’t even on the menu. He just created something special for us - then offered to share the recipe. This hotel staff does an exceptional job of making your stay incredible. The rooms and common areas are beautiful but the staff is what makes this place special.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property, and highly recommend it!! The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Siem Reap, is very well appointed, has beautiful facilities, and uses the finest Le Labo products! Prior to my stay, I had to make some modifications as I was in the final stages of achieving Hyatt Globalist status and wanted to ensure I received qualifying nights, and corresponded with Mr. Bunthorn, the assistant front office manager, and he was a consummate professional, incredibly helpful, gracious and kind! He very generously upgraded me to a wonderful Deluxe room! I also emailed with the concierge team, and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful! Upon check in, I was welcomed by Mr. Kourou, the front office manager, and he very graciously showed me around the hotel, explained my benefits using my Guest of Honor certificate, and accompanied me to my room. He clearly loves his job, is incredibly proud of the Park Hyatt Siem Reap, and is an excellent ambassador for the Hyatt brand! During my stay, every staff member I interacted with was simply exceptional, and were committed to delivering a first class experience! I used the steam room during my visit, and the spa staff were great, and the steam room is private and very luxurious. I would like to give a shout out to Ms. Kin who assisted me when I had needed bandaids, as well as preparing delicious drinks during the evening show. I also must thank Ms. Vannith who took such great care of me during the evening shows, providing first class service and wonderful drinks! She remembered my preferences, and was very kind! Also shout out to Ms. Champa who was my server during breakfast, remembered my preferences, and was very kind and helpful! Finally, last but certainly not least, a special shout out to Mr. Vichet, the food and beverage director who went so far above and beyond to take care of me!! I will always remember his kindness, and think very fondly upon this trip! He really cares about every guest, and it shows!! Thank you for a wonderful stay at this property, and I very much look forward to returning, but next time as a very proud and loyal Hyatt Globalist, and not just using my Guest of Honor certificate!

When we planned a trip Siem Reap, searched the internet to find a good hotel in a central location. All reviews pointed at Park Hyatt. The airport pick up was perfect. The driver was standing at the exit and ushered us to the car. Snacks and cold mineral water was provided for the 1 hour ride. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were immediately taken to a comfortable room for the check in and provided fresh juice and a cold towel. The staff then escorted us to the room and explained about the amenities. The hotel has a fabulous interior. A serene atmosphere with a central courtyard. What sets aside one hotel from another is not facilities but the people who there. This is where Park Hyatt scores above other hotels that we have stayed. We were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel sent us a beautiful cake and every staff was wishing us. Marylin was everywhere, from the day we stepped in. We joined in the floating of the boat with a candle and a flag scribbled with our wish. She was everywhere present during dinner time and breakfast. Vivi, when she came to know that we had come from Jakarta switched to Bahasa Indonesia and we could see the sparkle in her eyes. Sophanna was present during breakfast offering back and neck massage, which we availed every day. Kavi, manager food & beverage , knowing that we were South Indians, arranged for idli and vada with the condiments , for breakfast. Kim San was always there to attend to our food choices Pich created a pleasant atmosphere, ready to offer Coconut water and advise on the various food options The lotus flower decoration was excellent. The Apsara dance was a wonderful experience showcasing the beauty of Cambodian dance, taken from the Ramayana. The hotel also offered a free 15 min Tuk Tuk drive. For the first time in my life, some of the above hotel staff came to the front entrance to wave us “ good bye”. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Park Hyatt Siem Reap in my opinion is one of the best city hotels under Hyatt Portfolio. Customer service is simply at next level right from checkin to dining and pool services. The evening candle ceremony and Apsara dance was a beautiful experience. We had the vegeterian dinner and I would say they have plenty vegeterian options and all the dishes were tasty and good portion. We had slightly off experience at the breakfast but its a minor human error which anyone can make on a bad day. Fresh water pool is top notch with a good pool food and beverages menu . We will surely stay again when in Siem Reap again
