Exceptional Oasis in the Heart of Siem Reap
From the very first moment, Park Hyatt Siem Reap delivered an outstanding experience. Check-in was unforgettable: a short relaxing massage, a fresh coconut, and an immediate feeling of relaxation set the tone for our stay. The service throughout the hotel was truly top notch. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and highly professional, making us feel genuinely cared for at all times. The property itself is beautifully maintained and perfectly located, offering easy access to the city while still feeling like a peaceful sanctuary. Our rooms were upgraded on arrival, and the condition, comfort, and overall ambiance made us very happy. The breakfast was another absolute highlight. It feels like walking through a small local market, with a fantastic variety of high-quality dishes, excellent service, and even another brief massage to start the day perfectly. Overall, Park Hyatt Siem Reap combines top service, a wonderful atmosphere, and unbeatable food. A truly memorable stay and a hotel that can be highly recommended to any traveler visiting Siem Reap.

Wonderful Stay at the Park Hyatt
Hyatt is always a reliable and secure choice, and once again, it delivered an exceptional experience. My wife and I truly loved our time at this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding — a generous variety of delicious options that made each morning something to look forward to. We stayed in a spacious room with a private pool, which was a lovely touch. However, we found the water to be a bit too cold for comfortable use — a minor detail that didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. What stood out most was the exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered was professional, courteous, and quick to respond to any request. Their warm and attentive service truly elevated our stay. All in all, the Hyatt remains a fantastic place to stay. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!
