Exceptional in every way
Our stay at Park Hyatt Cambodia was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless and such a lovely experience, setting the perfect tone for our visit. The staff were simply incredible—warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; we honestly couldn’t fault them at all. The food and drinks were amazing, offering delicious quality and variety. The location is brilliant, making it easy to explore, yet the hotel itself feels like a peaceful oasis. The amenities are absolutely fabulous, and there were so many great activities available within the hotel to enjoy. Our room was very lovely, spacious, and immaculately well kept by the hardworking housekeeping team throughout our stay. Everything was maintained to the highest standard. It truly was a five-star experience and we cannot wait to return!

We had the best time in Siem Reap and going back to this hotel was such a welcoming oasis! The kids loved both pools, and everyone we came into contact with who worked there was exceptional. I’d highly recommend this hotel to a friend.

Splurge for a great stay in the heart of Siem Reap.
Being a Park Hyatt, I assumed it would be nice. However, it was even better than I expected. The staff was fantastic, the room and property were beautiful, and things like the cultural show and craft experiences were unexpected and made a greater impression on our stay. What a great place to stay in the heart of Siem Reap.

An Amazing Hotel with the best staff
We had the most wonderful experience at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived, the staff were simply amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay. The facilities are top-notch and beautifully maintained, and the dining experience was fantastic with delicious food on offer. Our room was lovely, spacious, and designed with such elegance and comfort. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations and made our trip to Siem Reap even better. We couldn't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to return!

Great service as always
Best location. Amazing service and hospitality as usual as always. Staff are all very attentive and helpful. The hotel also provides daily tour to the temples with experienced tour guides. Highly recommended.
