Excellent as always
This was my second time staying at One Farrer Hotel, during a stopover en route to Australia. We got a room upgrade during check-in and the staff - from the nice gentleman at the Escape restaurant during breakfast to the housekeeping - were wonderful. The room was large and comfortable with a nice view of the Singapore skyline. And of course, having the MRT station under the hotel meant it was remarkably easy to get around Singapore and the 7-11 was great when we needed a midnight There have been some changes since the last time I stayed (pre-COVID): the breakfast wasn't as extensive as last time (but still more than adequate) and there was no free minibar, but these are minor grumbles. All in all, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Great attentive service from Escape service crew
We had a lovely lunch at Escape Restaurant! Velan, Chandra and Jenrick provided the best attentive service to our little one and Chef Roy cooks the most outstanding steak! Top up of water is prompt as well. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

A hotel front employee named naren responded well and was kind, so I arrived early in the morning Even though I was tired, I started my day in a good mood ✌🏻 And I think we'll feel good while staying for three nights👍🏻☺ If you come to One Farrer Hotel, look for naren!

It was wonderful
We stayed for 5 days. In the front desk suman and Vishnu were cordial and helped us. This Hotel has spacious rooms and world class swimming pool. Buffets suits for all. Spacious lobby and wifi working well. People who doesn't like to drink tap water can ask for water bottles. Thank you

Best hospitality from One Farrer Hotel Singapore.
The front desk check in are really professional and attentive in serving the hotel guest. Two staff especially Suman and Dana are really doing a great job. Not to mention the house keeping for 15th floor are also doing an exceptional good job in keeping the room neat and clean.
