We stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience - it is now the bench mark for all future hotels we stay at. Before even stepping inside the doors we were in awe of just how stunning the building was with all the plants and greenery. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and went the extra mile. check in was quick and easy. Our room was a really good size as was the bathroom. We had all that we needed and the room was very modern and comfortable with a fantastic view of the gardens and pool. As it was our honeymoon there was a little treat from the hotel waiting for us which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food to choose from, something for everyone. We ate at the restaurant one evening and again the food was great and delicious....as were the cocktails. The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to the MRT amd relatively easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We cannot recommend this hotel and its amazing staff enough.

The property is beautifully maintained. Architecture as well as the concept of green spaces. The farm to table concept is amazing. The staff is great, helpful, friendly and I would like give a special mention for the service provided by Chiew Ling.

Went to ParkRoyal pickering for a 2 night staycation. It was a memorable one. First, the service staff, Kyaw, who cleaned my room did a very good job. He make sure all the tea and coffee were replenished. In addition, he provided bath salt even without me requesting in the first place. Thank you Kyaw. Secondly, I went to the collection club lounge on the 16th floor. It was very quiet and peaceful. Good if you want some time to yourself. Would like to compliment Jetrix, Dona and Ana. They did a wonderful job of taking my drink orders. Jetrix provided a refill of my alcoholic drink just before 8pm. Ana also provided some snacks like cashew nuts to accompany my alcohol. Thank you Jetrix, Dona and Ana. Lastly. I would recommend a staycation in this hotel. Do get the rooms with the lounge access.

Highly recommended. Great location and beautifully maintained hotel. Next to shopping Chinatown Point mall and Hong Lim Food Centre. Easily accessible with MRT within walking distance. The staffs were amazing and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay there.

This hotel felt close to everything, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and we loved our 36 hours here. The breakfast buffet was delicious and eye opening and well priced. Pool was refreshing, and very Instagram worthy. The room was clean, modern, and with high ceilings felt spacious. We loved the filtered water in the room and the “no plastic bottles” policy - saving them 230,000 bottles a year apparently. Would highly recommend.
