This is our second time staying here and it felt so good to be back! All the staff were friendly and helpful! We took our daughter with us and the team at The Ritz Carlton totally spoiled her! She was sad when we checked out. Thank you for a wonderful stay and the restaurants (breakfast buffet and Summer Pavilion) were delicious! We cannot wait to revisit again!

The staffs are very hospitable and friendly especially Nikko. He immediately accommodate us when we went to the poolside area. Also, the food and drinks are superb! me and my friends really enjoyed our staycation! definitely will be back again!

Excellent views, dining, and public facilities, but definitely not the best time to experience them. The Marina Bay view room faces a large construction site that may take two or three years to complete, significantly affecting the scenery. The guest rooms are undergoing renovation, which results in some noise during the day. This means you won't be able to enjoy peace and quiet in your room or by the pool, as the pool is also close to the construction site.The room is a bit old, and the wooden floor has bulged. All the staff were very friendly, except for the staff at the club lounge who handled our check-out. She had no smile or greeting, and I could definitely feel her impatience with the guests. This left a very imperfect end to our journey.

Nikko and Juno are super accommodating. Immediately attended to us once we got at the pool area. Super friendly, kind and nice despite the Singapore heat. Creates yummy drinks as well. I stayed together with my friends. Made our stay very fun. 🤗

Room is beautiful and nice. We were impressed with the WOW service of the Concierge and Front Office team. However, what DISAPPOINTED us was we are given late check out by the staff who checked us in but it seemed like it was not updated in the system as the Housekeeping guy came knocking on our door to inform us that “it was time for us to check out”. Before he came knocking on our door, the in-room radio auto turned on TWICE at around 10 plus, is it to wake us up coz we got shocked by the loud sound and the TV start to lag at the same time too. There is no TV and radio issue during our stay and it only occur on our check out date so is it a pre-alert that Ritz practice now?? We never come across such experience in other hotels/brands that we used to stay! Apart from this, we liaise with the hotel staff to check on our reservation via their chat service and was told that he/she will get back to us which never happened as well.
