From silvery sands for sunset strolls, to entire walls opening onto the great outdoors, luxury is in the details at Anse Chastanet. The estate encompasses 600 lush tropical acres bordering two soft sand beaches. Not only do you get a World Heritage Site anchored by the twin peaks on land, the resort’s two crystal-clear bays are part of a designated marine reserve protecting miles of colorful coral reefs teeming with tropical fish. A dozen rooms are tucked in behind the coconut palms that line the beach and the remainder tiptoe up a flower decked hillside. To make the most of the panoramic views and the refreshing tradewinds octagonal whitewashed cottages come with wraparound flower draped balconies and louvered windows. ANSE CHASTANET is St. Lucia's only resort property with the iconic view of both the Piti and Gros Piton mountains floating upon the Caribbean Sea. The location of the property is unsurpassed, a private estate of 600 lush tropical acres bordering two soft-sand Caribbean beaches with pristine coral reefs just offshore. The resort property includes the historical plantation of Anse Mamin and Emerald Estate where the resort grows its own organic produce.

A wonderful oasis of great location, beautiful beach and beach-side coral with exceptional food and service. Some of us scuba dived which was really good and the snorkeling off the beach for the rest of the group was great! Food and drink were uniformly quite good. We loved the open room design, we stayed in the double accommodation (2c) which had a large open deck/sitting area with a view of the ocean and the top of the pitons. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the overall manager to the beach attendants.

Superb location, wonderfully helpful staff throughout all areas. Excellent food and drink. Two lovely sandy beaches, one of which has trails through the forest behind it. Great for birdwatching. Refreshing to have no artificial pools as sea was so great for swimming. Good for snorkeling too and the Scuba Centre on site was very professionally run. Some might find the steps to beach a challenge but there is a shuttle service. We loved the style of the rooms with their vibrant decorations and ceiling fans (others may yearn for air con but we didn't miss it) and our amazing view as we had no other rooms in sight. Some of the trips and additional services seemed rather expensive but those we did were excellent: birdwatching day out which inc Des Cartier Trail, Wetlands and Light House with Willow who was extremely knowledgeable, and the Sunset Cruise which was led by very knowledgeable Captain and crewman. Really enjoyed the complimentary art lessons - Saki was so skillful and inspirational. Thanks to all staff who helped make our holiday such a great one.

Incredibly perfect hotel in the stunning island of St Lucia. We stayed here when on our honeymoon and had the best time. The hotel itself is a great representation of St Lucia, with the rooms looking out onto incredible ocean ir rainforest surroundings. It made you feel truly part of the overall experience of visiting the island. Food was amazing - every night our dinner was exceptional. Lots of varied choices that change daily across a few different restaurants to eat at. The beach was amazing, but be warned it’s a steep climb up a lot of steps to get back to the hotel, but they do run a shuttle service if you need it. Finally the staff - the Caribbean approach to hospitality is the best in the world and it’s no different here. The staff always greet you warmly and make you feel like the most important person. They are such an asset to the resort. I’d definitely recommend staying here for your St Lucia visit!

Great place, beautiful location, very professional and friendly staff ! i will definitely come back ! The shuttle is very useful for the rooms upstairs and these room give a wonderful view to watch every moment of the day. The food is delicious with lots of choices also with vegan and gluten free options. Many activities to do even though the main activity that I did was diving.

“Great service, authentic island feel, perfect spot for snorkeling (guests from other hotels come here to snorkel and dive), & Anse Mamin has the best burger ever!”

We traveled to St. Lucia and stayed at Anse Chasanet - it was wonderful. Our suite, built on a mountain, was completely open yet very private. There were no phones or TVs to distract from the area's true beauty. It truly made our honeymoon more memorable. I would highly recommend Anse Chasanet to all future honeymooners!
