COMO Cocoa Island, The Maldives

We recently spent five wonderful days at COMO Cocoa Island, and it was truly an exceptional holiday. The resort maintains an impressively high standard in every aspect, and we were completely satisfied with our stay. Our room was always spotless and incredibly comfortable. The view from the room was stunning, and we were even lucky enough to see dolphins from our private wooden deck. The complimentary nuts and cookies, replenished daily, were delicious and added a lovely touch to our in‑room time. The sunset from the private jetty on the south side of the island was also unforgettable. Dining at Ufaa exceeded all our expectations. From the fresh fruit juices at breakfast to the desserts at dinner, everything was refined, beautifully prepared, and sure to please any guest. We also have to talk about the scuba diving. We enjoyed 7 dives during our stay, each one unforgettable. Despite being only about 15 minutes away by the boat, every dive site was rich in biodiversity and incredibly exciting. We also appreciate that COMO Cocoa Island is actively involved in environmental conservation, including coral restoration etc. The diving staff were highly professional and showed us an amazing variety of marine life. They constantly checked on our comfort and safety, allowing us to dive with complete peace of mind. The cheerful and friendly boat crew also provided excellent support, helping us enjoy every dive smoothly without any seasickness. Above all, what truly makes this resort one of a kind is the staff. Their hospitality was astonishing. Every staff member we encountered—even those we passed by chance, like the COMO Shambhala Spa team—addressed us by name and treated us like family. After our fun dives, we relaxed at the COMO Shambhala Spa. The professional therapists took the time to understand how we were feeling, and the treatment in the private spa soothed both our tired bodies and minds. It was a luxurious space where the only sound was the ocean. Surrounded by wonderful scents and a deeply relaxing massage, I drifted off to sleep before I knew it. It has become a place I know I will return to whenever I feel worn out by everyday life. Our heartfelt thanks go to Fanny, Muru, and Michael at Ufaa, Mohamed at the Marine Sports Center, as well as Arta, Wisam, and every staff member who made our stay so special. We arrived at 1st of may for 2 nights and we enjoyed to the fullest. The room was beautiful , food was top notch and the beach is beautiful. all the staffs here are very attentive and professional. special thanks to the RM , saeed and muru from restaurant (don’t know if i spelled the name correct) . overall the experience was great and we’ll surely come back again.

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with COMO Cocoa Island. It’s one of those rare places that feels peaceful the moment you arrive — calm water, quiet surroundings, and staff who make everything feel effortless. The service was so genuine and warm that after we checked out and spent a few days elsewhere, we decided to return to COMO for just a few hours before catching our flight home. It ended up being one of the best decisions of our trip. The staff welcomed us back with such sincerity, and they turned those final hours in the Maldives into a truly memorable ending — something we will carry with us forever. What stood out most was how personal the service felt. The team didn’t just take care of us — they remembered us, anticipated what would make us comfortable, and treated us with a level of kindness that can’t be taught. Thank you — your efforts were noticed and deeply appreciated. The rooms are spotless and beautifully maintained, and it’s very noticeable that COMO invests in their property. Everything feels cared for, refreshed, and thoughtfully kept — a level of upkeep that speaks volumes about their standards. And let me add: I’m an accountant, and I am not easily impressed. But COMO, you won me over in every aspect — the service, the island’s beauty, and the incredible staff. You are a treasure. In all my world travels, I’ve never experienced a place quite like this. COMO Cocoa Island is truly one of a kind — no other place compares. The lagoon, the atmosphere, the people — everything about this resort feels like a true dream paradise. We stayed at COMO Cocoa Island for our honeymoon, and it truly felt like a very special place! One of those rare destinations where you immediately slow down and reconnect with yourself. With only around 30 villas and a small private island setting, everything feels intimate and exclusive. You can walk everywhere within minutes, and the entire atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and unhurried. It was exactly what we needed to truly unwind. The service was honestly out of this world. We were always addressed by name, and every single request was handled immediately and with such genuine care. We have never experienced hospitality at this level before, absolutely exceptional in every way. The spa was another highlight. We loved the hydrotherapy pool, as well as the Pilates and yoga sessions, which added so much to the sense of wellbeing. The treatments were outstanding and left us completely relaxed. The house reef was beautiful and perfect for snorkeling and we also really enjoyed the beach bar and the amazing food throughout our stay. Everything was consistently fresh, high quality, and beautifully presented. Overall, COMO Cocoa Island is a truly magical retreat. It’s the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy complete peace! Especially for a honeymoon. We can only highly recommend it and would return without hesitation <3

Last week, my wife and I finally enjoyed our long-awaited honeymoon at Como Cocoa, and it exceeded every expectation. From the impeccable service to the stunning house reef, everything was truly exceptional. Snorkeling right off the water villa was unforgettable—we saw an incredible variety of marine life, including turtles, reef sharks, manta rays, and even dolphins. The food was outstanding, with both breakfast and dinner consistently excellent—the chef deserves special recognition. The spa and gym facilities were equally impressive, adding another layer of relaxation to our stay. We also greatly appreciated the complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which effectively gave us an extra full day to enjoy this special trip. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the people. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay. Their warmth and attention to detail made our honeymoon unforgettable—we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The only minor drawback was some nearby construction and heavy boat traffic at certain times of the day; however, neither detracted from our ability to fully relax and enjoy every moment of our stay.
