The hotel is perfectly located - right in the centre of town - opposite the palace. Walking distance to everything! Room was clean and comfortable, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing! Sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast was the perfect start to the day!

Did the 50 min massage. Customer service from masseuse (TEA) was outstanding. Excellent customer service and made me feel at home. Sauna, steam room, and spa felt great after. Clean, and most importantly… affordable! All staff were kind, and accommodating

One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in a long time. Service was excellent and amenities very good. Super great location. Breakfast buffet very good - tons of options. Rooftop bar provided a beautiful view of the city and the port - but yes - per others’ comments, drinks and food there are very expensive. We had a little trouble with hot water on the second morning…warm but not hot. Only recommendations are to ditch the horrible hair dryer nailed to the bathroom wall (they provided a modern one, too) and to get rid of the hangars that don’t come off the rod. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with excellent service and facilities. The staff are very helpful, room ( superior double) was large and well equipped, bed very comfortable and the breakfast is the very best I've experienced in 40 years of travel. Marvellous views from the rooftop bar which is quite expensive but great cocktails and charming service. Ideally located in the old town. The front desk was so helpful in providing information on bus services etc.
