My wife and I travel often. We always stay at either a ritz Carlton or 4seasons and expect this type of quality and attention when we travel. I can not understand some of the negative reviews on here and can tell you.. do not hesitate to book a trip here. The people were warm and friendly, the facility and rooms were clean, the food and cocktails were great.

If you are expecting legendary St. Regis quality, be prepared for a let down. This property more closely assimilates a typical Marriott or Westin hotel. In fact, I have been to many resort Marriotts and Westins that would chew this place up. I have been to St. Regis properties all through the USA and Europe, as an Ambassador, and this one doesn't come close to what I thought were their standards. It must be relatively easy to get a St. Regis flag these days, as even Puerto Rico was a negative experience as well. As an Ambassador elite, you expect them to go out of their way to accomodate a room upgrade, but not here. We received one of the smallest rooms they had. Not happy with the accomodations, although the level of cleanliness was to our satisfaction. The pools and the beach area were exceptionally small and the service level was lacking. Housekeeping was exceptionally slow, and don't expect your room to be made up with any type of efficiency. I have read comments where it took them all the way up to 5pm to clean the room. We had dinner at their BLT Steakhouse, and the food prep was awful. The oysters were anything but fresh .... and crazy expensive. We had Chicken, hanger steak and snapper fish amongst the three of us, and only the steak was decently prepared. The snapper was tasteless and hard as a rock, so I switched it out for what they "claimed" was Dover Sole. It was also served overcooked and with an overbearing butter taste, and I just couldn't get through it, either. If you've ever had true Dover Sole in Chops in Atlanta, you'll know what Dover Sole is supposed to taste like. This is a dismal offering. The chicken was two leg quarters together on the plate .... no breast meat. The sides were okay, but we didn't care for the creamed spinach The breakfast was much better, and in their ample buffet there was much to enjoy. I ordered an omelet, to my specs, and it was prepared perfectly. Lunch, the next day, a simple cheeseburger, was all messed up. I ordered it medium, and it came out well done. The buns were clearly stale, so I removed them and ate only the meat portion. I ordered the french fries well done, and they came out soggy. Now, how do you screw up a cheeseburger ?? It is the easiest thing in the world to make. Apparently, they are somewhat challenged in this kitchen. We will certainly eat elsewhere for the rest of the trip. Bermuda is a beautiful island, and definitely a must see on anyone's list. I would not pay top dollar to stay here at the St. Regis again .... absolutely not worth it and somewhat of a disappointing experience. They can certainly improve their offering, and I hope they begin this process today.

We stayed at his property when it first opened and while it was nice, it was a work in progress as the staff and property were getting acquainted with one another. I'm writing this review while on property and I am very pleased with the overall feel of the property and staff. The team has come together led by such professionals as Nelson at the front and Joy in F&B. I would be very much remiss if I failed to include Corey, Head Butler and the nice gentleman on the beach with the big smile and sunglasses. I can't remember his name. I'm sorry!!! I highly recommend the St. Regis at Bermuda!

Every minute of my stay at the St Regis was met with exceptional, personalized service. The lengths the staff goes to to remember names, be a step ahead and beyond professional is hard to come by at hotels these days. From the head butler to the doormen to the pool and waitstaff and bartenders - I witnessed hospitality at its finest. I recommend the St Regis Bermuda for leisure or business travel. The views are breathtaking!!!

A beautiful property with a peculiar issue. An ocean front room with a balcony that overlooks azure waters. Idyllic in many ways with the tragic exception that loud pipped jazz music plays non-stop until near midnight each night. As the sun rose the next morning you guessed it loud jazz music (6:30am) shattering what otherwise would have been a spectacular way to welcome the day. This is coming from someone that loves jazz! You can close the balcony door and be fine but why when the appeal to this resort is the Atlantic. I hope management pays attention (they didn’t to several complaints) and simply constrain the music to more reasonable times. Would love to come back here but won’t for this reason.
