No words can adequately describe the amazing time we had here. All-inclusive is definitely the way to go! No stress, no fuss, just kick back and let them take care of you! Top-notch all the way. The details of the many ways they took care of us were excellent on many levels. Upgrade to the butler service for an even better top-notch time! Simply outstanding!

Christopher took such great care of us. He operates a notch above most in the service industry. I will definitely be looking him up to use him again!! My trip was an amazing experience due to the great care and my birthday was next level! I can't wait to return!

Iberostar Jamaica Joia
We had a wonderful trip at this resort. The penthouse was wonderful for a 30th anniversary celebration. Our check in was seamless and smooth, very welcoming. The staff of Valentine, Christopher and Devon made it extra special. Wonderful, warm people who genuinely cared that we had everything we needed while we were here. They were very responsive to anything we asked for using the What’s App feature. Scenery is great. Sunset cruise was very fun with awesome staff on board who again engaged with us and made it great. Seafood restaurant was our favorite. Breakfast buffet was great, awesome omelet station. Tarah at the juice bar is a lovely young lady who welcomed us warmly each day. Jodene took care of our room each day and was an absolute delight. She was warm and kind with a happy greeting each morning making sure we had all we needed. You know you’ve had an experience when you hug people goodbye who took such care of you all week!

Amazing
We stayed at Joia for a week and it was so relaxing . Our butlers Andre , Alain, and Glenn went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The staff throughout the resort are all lovely and helpful. Our room was amazing.. right on the beach! I can't say enough about this resort!! We look forward to returning!

Alain was our butler and he went above and beyond! He was always available me when we needed him. This was our first visit at the Iberostar in Montego Bay and the swim out was perfect for the trip! I would highly recommend this property and butler
