From the moment I checked in I felt incredibly valued as a globalist at this property. It was my 45th birthday but recently had just lost my Dad to an unexpected illness a few weeks prior as well so I needed to get away to unwind for a bit. The resort complimentary upgraded me to a 2-level penthouse with amazing rooftop pool overlooking the resort, sea and Nevis & left a delicious chocolate cheesecake waiting for me upon arriving to the upgraded room. The penthouse had a huge bed directly facing the ocean and a great walk in shower and soaking bathtub as well. Room was serviced every day with turndown service as well. I did not want to leave! Service was great overall and they always referred to me by name especially in the onsite bars and restaurants. Food was fantastic in all the restaurants and Ramparts poolside bar served great drinks. I especially loved the shrimp wraps & even the pizza. As you can expect everything is quite expensive in a secluded beachside resort on a small island. But the service, ambiance and quality make it $$ well spent imo. Only one night was service somewhat spotty at the Great House but they made up for it my comping my drink. The grounds are absolutely beautiful & well kept. Never had trouble finding loungers to sun or read a book by the pools or on the beach. Resort was at low occupancy at the time which probably made a difference. The two huge infinity pools were both awesome. The resort beach isn’t the best I’ve ever seen but staff worked tirelessly to remove seaweed from the beach every morning. It was still great. Lots of complimentary free activities on site to occupy your time like kayak rentals, paddle board, snorkel gear and games like shuffleboard, bean toss, jenga and basketball hoop in the main pool. Kayaked twice to beautiful Cockleshell Beach next door which has a couple offsite restaurant options. Definitely check out Reggae Beach Bar for Lobster Fest Fridays. Fun times. There is good snorkeling right at the resort in the rocks in front of the Great House restaurant. The onsite gym and spa are great, too. Only minor con is you won’t see gorgeous sunsets here so it feels like the day ends “early” as soon as the sun sets behind the mountains at about 5:30pm in the afternoon. Out of the control of the resort though. Also the secludedness makes it far to get anywhere on the island if you want to explore. That can be a positive or negative based on your preferences. Definitely get off the resort to explore the island though at least for a day whether it’s St Kitts or the water taxi to Nevis. I booked a taxi service (her name was Niome) to take me around Kitts for 4 hours. She treated me like one of her own. Had a great time. Park Hyatt St Kitts left a hugely positive experience and have already have me pondering taking a return trip back. I miss it so much!

We really loved this resort that made it feel like a dream vacation. The staff were very accommodating, the resort had a good amount of amentias, the food on the resort was excellent and the gym was awesome!

We had a wonderful stay in April for both an anniversary and birthday celebration. Upon arrival we were upgraded to the Penthouse suite which had breathtaking views of Nevis from your 2nd level deck. We could not have asked for a better trip. Oral and Melroy were amazing and ensured we had the best vacation.

I arrived a bundle of nerves still carried through from the states. When I returned, I was a million pounds of baggage lighter...still am. Everything was seamless. The staff genuinely care about your experience. The grounds and room were clean and beautiful. The food was amazing. The views and proximity to Nevis are stunning. I loved snorkeling right out back and even saw a flounder and octopus! Loved my stay! Thank you, Hyatt <3

Amazing resort. Staff friendly. Food was great. The stone barn was an excellent experience. Everything clean.
