Fantastic stay. Very good service! Top spa with outside pool! And good restaurants! We tried the Italian, the lobby bar and the main restaurant, which were all very good and had great service! The hotel has a great location too. Close to the gondola to go up to corviglia. Everything you need for a great holiday!

My second time staying here and certainly won’t be my last. The staff here are just beyond friendly and helpful, nothing is too much or too little to ask, and that’s surprisingly hard to find anymore in St Moritz. Amazing renovated rooms with beautiful finishes, big bathrooms and tons of closet space (they need to post more pictures because they still have the old ones on the website!). Love the new outdoor pool and spa, and they still have the best bar in town with the most delightful and inventive cocktails in Switzerland. My only regret is not being able to stay longer, I could have stayed a month!

I cannot state how fabulous the staff are, they literally couldn't do enough for you. The rooms are nice even if some of the rooms do have head room issues. You could not stand up straight in one half of our second room. This unfortunately was the one with the double bed if we were a couple staying there I would have been immensely disappointed as is we just swapped with the kids but even this room had hight issues. The bathroom flooded which was annoying but the fabulous staff came and sorted it out quickly. The bar staff where attentive and lovely when they where not punching in orders at the till (which seemed to take forever) once I waited 45 mins before I was asked what I would like to drink. The ski room is tiny and half the stuff is broken your gear could be put any where and finding it and a seat to put your boots on was a daily chore. The breakfast buffet was literally one of the nicest one I have ever had at Hotel but the evening buffet was rather repetitive.

Had a great stay at Kempinski, beautiful hotel, one of the prestigious top 5 in St. Mortiz. Amazing service, the breakfast was one of the best we've had, mainly due to their servers in the breakfast room 12/10. The lobby bar amazing, great food and drinks. The igloo hut outside was super cool. The rooms are a bit dated, but such is expected, however well appointed, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The valet guys offering water on the way out, the bellman asking if we had skis in the storage, overall hotel service was 5/5. The only two issues we faced was D'Adriano - the Italian restaurant on site - NOT Recommended, poor standoffish service from the owner/manager, and food was not that good. And the hotel concierge made a few minor mistakes, but all of which they corrected promptly.

The magnificent building of the hotel impresses me again and again every time I come. All the guys at the door are extremely good and accommodating, the reception is consistently good, excellent concierge with Kristijan and Diego. The service in the ski room is top-notch, and there is also an excellent ski shop. The main restaurant, especially for breakfast, is great, Ivana takes care of the fresh fruit (which is huge), the waiter Kirjos monitors everything, and Nabil is a real refreshment - he covers the whole restaurant with his fresh juices! When he was gone for a few days, we really missed his different range of freshly squeezed juices. For dinner, there are always excellent restaurants Ca d Oro (with a Michelin star) and Da Adriano. And not to forget to mention the reservation service with the extraordinary fighter Dorothea and of course the general manager Konstantin, who is present everywhere. From the written greeting upon arrival in the room, to the daily breakfast visit. You can also see him around the hotel during the day. In short, the hotel has a soul and I warmly recommend it!
