Online, this hotel was marked as 3 star, but it was better than many 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at. Grounds are big, common rooms nice and there are lots of activities (like free wine tasting in afternoon). Rooms were large. We only stayed one night on our way through the gorge, wish we could have stayed longer

I only regretted as I did not get spa spot when I needed the most! Rest, I believe all was good. Just to give a piece of advice or suggestion, you can add more vegan/vegetarian or plant based dishes to menu. There were less options in the brunch and dinner menu.

Best Zip lining experience ever. Austin and Stan were the best. Multiple lines with > 300 ft. Beautiful views. Safety is a priority. So much fun. Our family had a blast.

We have stayed at this property in the past and once loved it, but sadly our most recent experience was very disappointing. From the start, we were put in the wrong room. Housekeeping took my swimsuit off the hook, and I was left without swimwear for the remainder of the trip—which was extremely frustrating. Showers were consistently cold, and the rooms felt run down and poorly maintained compared to our previous visits. Housekeeping services were minimal, with fresh towels being the only support offered. Overall, this was not the relaxing or enjoyable experience we had hoped for. Unfortunately, the hotel no longer reflects the quality it once had.

Overall a good experience. Fromt desk was hard to find in the dark. Otherwise no complaints. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Walls appeared to be sound proof.
