We had a wonderful, relaxing stay.
We have stayed many times at Skamania and this visit was just as enjoyable. There's always so much to do, even when it's raining. The scenery is spectacular, especially in the fall. And we always enjoy climbing Beacon Rock. The history of the area is fascinating as well. Our room was clean and well appointed and we love the view!!

Skamania Lodge offers everything you need for a relaxing, scenic getaway. The walking trails around the property are peaceful and easy to explore, and the short walk from the lodge down to the waterfront is a highlight. Mornings start perfectly with the coffee bar, which also includes cocoa, cider, and tea. The spa is calm and well-maintained, and the locker-room sauna is a great bonus after treatments or hikes. Cascade Dining and the River Rock Lounge both provide good food and a cozy atmosphere. Evenings spent sitting by the fire in the lodge with a glass of wine were a favorite part of the trip. It’s the perfect getaway for couples who want relaxation and comfort together. Skamania Lodge is an ideal mix of nature, comfort, and quiet luxury.

Great Stay—Amazing Food and Even Better Hospitality
We came for an anniversary getaway and had a wonderful time. The customer service was excellent—there was a mix-up with our room type that we discovered after checking in, but the hotel manager, April, went above and beyond to make it right. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The food at the Cascade Grill was outstanding—one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time, especially the pork chop and lava cake. We were looking for a place where we could both relax indoors and enjoy nature, and this spot delivered. Between the hikes, golf, and outdoor fire pit, it was exactly what we needed.
