The room had no microwave and the view was of the side of the building, It was not conducive to relaxing. I am sure that there were other rooms available with a better view. We were not fortunate to get a room with a decent view.

Easy getaway
Quick easy getaway from Portland. Love the off season and weekday pricing. It's quiet and peaceful in off season. We love sitting in the great room with the giant fireplace and wonderful view.

Favorite nearby getaway
Second visit in the last year. Last time was January, this time was fall. Beautiful and wonderful both times. Staff was super friendly and fun. Food continues to be outstanding. Facility is great. Used the pool, hot tub, sauna as well as hanging out in the awesome lobby. Grounds were well kept as we took a long walk around them . And our room, the Clark Suite , was spectacular

A Nature Lovers Getaway!
My husband and I came for our anniversary. We love hiking in the outdoors, so this was a perfect place to celebrate despite the rain, we enjoyed a quiet hike and a beautiful view from our premier Riverview room.

Skamania Lodge is a wonderful place to stay, offering stunning views that make the whole experience feel relaxing and memorable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy around the lodge, giving you lots of options to make the most of your stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
