Very pleasant experience
Our stay was very pleasant and the accommodations were luxurious and very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. A great getaway in the Gorge.

Perfect Venue for Team Meeting!
Incredible experience for a small team meeting over 3 days. Rented the villa for our group meetings + treehouses for individual accommodations. Setting was idealistic - only made better by team axe throwing, aerial course and zip-lining! It was 10/10!

Mostly great
The Cabins near the treehouses were great except the freight trains we really loud at night. I'd recommend using the earplugs or white noise machine that was provided. It also would be nice to have a shuttle available to the lodge from that area.

This visit was a celebration of our anniversary, and we chose a slightly bigger room than unusual. The staff at the front desk were particularly helpful and pleasant, and the room did not disappoint. In fact, we thought the bed was so comfortable that we want to buy one just like it! The couch was not as comfortable as one might hope, but the view of the river was spectacular. I particularly appreciated that the hotel enforces a 10 p.m. noise cut-off. So the outdoor wedding party went inside before then and we were not forced to listen to that when trying to sleep! We took advantage of some of the hiking trails around the grounds, and got to see some wild turkeys.

We enjoyed a three-night stay while exploring the area. The views, hotel exterior, and common spaces are excellent and contributed to a positive overall experience. Two areas would meaningfully improve the guest experience: Wi-Fi performance: Consider adding signal boosters or increasing bandwidth. Even as a leisure guest, I ran multiple Speedtests and consistently observed slow speeds—an issue that may be more acute when the property hosts business travelers. Guest bathrooms: My room was comfortable; however, the bathroom appears dated and would benefit from a comprehensive remodel. Overall, a good stay with strong fundamentals and clear opportunities to elevate the experience.
