Our favorite dog and family friendly resort :)
We always love coming here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We brought our two year old this trip and he really enjoyed the pool and hot tub (both indoor and outdoor:) He was in a bit of a mood when we arrived and the check in staff helped to turn his frown upside down with bubbles and a cute little gift. The food is tasty at both restaurants and service is prompt. We really like how dog friendly they are and is one of the main reasons we keep coming back.

Excellent stay in the treehouse
We stayed in a treehouse and it was wonderful! Very nicely decorated for the holidays and even had a Christmas tree! The treehouse was exceptionally clean and cozy and we had room service and enjoyed our meal! This was only a brief trip for us and our only regret is we didn't have more time to stay longer and use more of the amenities!

A real Pacific Northwest Lodge.
Loved it here. Just before Christmas and the entire place inside and out was decorated. All employees we came across were super helpful, professional and personable. Food was beyond excellent. Spent a long time in the great room with a nice fire. Although it was raining it was still beautiful. It has a LOT to do, from events at the lodge to activities. You must check it out. Lots to see in the area also.

A Perfect Way to View the Columbia Gorge
Skamania Lodge is one of my favorite stops in the PNW. The Columbia Gorge is beautiful in any weather, and the lodge is a perfect perch from which to enjoy every mood. The rooms are spacious and clean, and as a person sensitive to scents, I really appreciate their personal care products, which smell like tea tree oil and lemon. Dinner in the River Rock Lounge was exceptional on my last visit, from the smoky Gorge Storm cocktail to the Harvest Salad to the Steelhead Tacos, and the service was excellent. Also, the Lodge was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and the vibe was very relaxed. All in all, it was a great stop, and I will most likely make it a point to return.
