The resort was very accommodating; all areas were clean and well maintained. The restaurant was very good, and we had no problems or issues on our brief stay for Business. We did not use the spa or ski as we were thre to work.

Beautiful place, location. We attended for a conference during off-season but the staff attentive and services were still great.

We've been going here for well over a decade and a LOT has changed. The property is always immaculate. Its such a beautiful place. But since the Hyatt has taken over, so many things have slipped away. We always go just before the skiing gets going as a nice weekend getaway. We booked two Timberline studios for our son's 21st birthday! The hotel didn't do or mention a single thing regarding his birthday despite them asking me if we were coming for a special occasion. After booking the rooms on the phone, I notice the rooms were nearly $100 cheaper on their website. After 4 days of playing email games back and forth, they credited me the difference. No problem, things happen. However, when we got to the hotel, everything and I mean everything was closed. Even the gift shops and stores outside. Whistle Pig = closed. Pico Taco = closed. Tipsy Trout = closed. Asian fair snack shack outside = closed. Entire buidlings with rock climbing and all that kind of stuff = closed. Heck, even their fireplaces that are located inside and outside were closed despite the snow that was falling. How hard is it for them to throw a log on a fire to sit by and enjoy when spending obscene money to stay here? As previously mentioned, we've been coming here forever, and while one thing may be closed in the fall, there's usually plenty of other stuff that is open! Not anymore. Such an iconic property now sits devoid of any reason to really visit unless there's money to be made on skiing. And they still couldn't even simply say Happy Birthday to our son who just turned 21. Thankfully, when we went to The Bench down the street for dinner they were much more appreciative of our business!

Had the most amazing end of fall weekend getaway! Dianne helped my husband arrange a special birthday surprise for me and even gave us a room upgrade! They made my birthday feel so special. The lodge was lovely. Most of the village around the property was closed due to off season, so make sure you are aware of that before booking. That being said we mostly enjoyed the outdoors, the hot tub, and the fire place in our room so we weren’t too impacted! Beautiful hotel - we can’t wait to visit for ski season!

The hotel facilities were fantastic. Wonderful spa and outdoor heated pool and hot tubs! The staff was uniformly excellent and accommodating. We loved the activities - morning hikes, etc. Our room left some things to be desired, though. Some lights not working, the heating system difficult to regulate, and has a very low toilet. The TV Streaming System was nearly impossible to get to work. The bed was very comfortable, though, and housekeeping was terrific! We liked having a separate bedroom and living area and it was nice to have a kitchenette.
