We love it here. It's always clean, the staff is attentive and friendly, and will be back. The only thing I wish is that there was a better place to grab quick breakfast sandwiches in the morning before heading up the mountain.

Overall very disappointed with the quality and value of our stay here. Customer service across the board was lacking. For a property claiming 4 stars and charging as much as they do for rooms, the customer service needs a lot of improvement. We waited an hour past our promised check-in time for our room to be ready, and then we waiting another hour and our bags were never delivered. I had to go down to the valet myself and get my bags to take them to my room. There was nowhere to sit while we were waiting for our room, as the main lobby was so packed full of people. There was no offer for a complimentary beverage or a reserved seating area for incoming guests. Food options are limited and honestly not very good. You expect to pay a premium at a ski lodge like this but the quality did not match the price. The room was well appointed but we had luke-warm water (at best) in our shower during our stay. Low water pressure as well. I would not stay here again, rather I will be looking at other independent lodges down the mountain for a better experience and value.

A great family destination with long ski runs and a solid mix of challenging and approachable terrain for intermediate skiers. It’s a true big-mountain experience where the whole family can comfortably ski together. The amenities are excellent: an ice-skating rink, good restaurants and bars, well-stocked retail shops for winter apparel and ski gear, a large outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a very nice spa, and a spacious fitness center. I’ve been to over a dozen ski resorts in the Northeast, and there’s only one other place I’d recommend over Spruce Peak Lodge. The ski-in/ski-out proximity alone makes it worth the stay, with the amenities rounding out the experience.

Perfect place to stay for skiiers. Ski valet. Located at bottom of slopes. Breakfast, Lunch options and after skiing Dionner are good variety.

Great location and very welcoming hotel. Food and beverage options are good. Would be fun to have an outdoor bar to enjoy in the afternoon sunshine!
