Great location and very welcoming hotel. Food and beverage options are good. Would be fun to have an outdoor bar to enjoy in the afternoon sunshine!

First we booked a Mountain View room but end up with hotel view. When we asked staff about this the response was "turn left and move your head -you will see a mountain" not a joke. Secondly, we got no information during check in and during meals the staff was not helpful and looked annoyed by the costumers. I definitely think it as a hotel problem not individual person problem bus it was definitely understaffed. I don't think this hotel deserve the price, as mountains resources available for skiing etc.

I went off season for a weekend to enjoy all the stowe has to offer. The resort is really nice, rooms even have a places to do some very light cooking and are well appointed. The room was nice, and we enjoyed the view of the slope. One negative is the $50 + tax resort fee per day. We went off season, I feel they should discount the rate as many of the perks are only for in season and many we did not use.

It was our anniversary weekend vacation. They gave us a free bottle of sparkling wine. We like the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs especially in the winter. The spa is phenomenal. Great massage, great facial. Though some of their spa facilities like the sauna and indoor jacuzzi we're not working that weekend. But overall, we liked our stay. Spacious room and big bathroom.
