My recent stay 21st–22nd March unfortunately did not meet the standard I expected from Crown. Arrival was disorganised, with no clear greeting, assistance with luggage, or valet support available. Having to seek help myself set a poor tone from the beginning. While the room itself was lovely, several service and maintenance issues. Requests like champagne glasses and an ice bucket required multiple follow ups and a number of in room features such as remote controls, curtains, and TV connectivity were not functioning properly and could not be resolved. There was also a lack of clear room service information which felt surprising for a hotel of this calibre. Unfortunately I won't be returning to Crown Towers.

Nice location with a lot to offer Big choices of restaurants and bars The room was big and luxurious for the modern technology you can think of. The bed was very comfortable, and a nice large shower Great view of Sydney Harbour where you leave the curtains open all night A large gym with all the equipment you can think of and the spa area was very impressive and let not forget the pool, a great place to be

My stay at Crown Towers Sydney in March 2026 was nothing short of exceptional. Visiting for a business trip, I was immediately impressed by the seamless blend of luxury, comfort, and efficiency that the hotel delivers. What truly stood out was the fantastic staff. Every interaction—from check-in to concierge assistance—was handled with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. The team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and stress-free, always anticipating needs before I even had to ask. The facilities are equally outstanding. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately maintained, offering stunning views and all the modern amenities you could need for both work and relaxation. The business facilities were top-tier, making it easy to stay productive. Overall, Crown Towers Sydney exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s the perfect choice for business travellers seeking a premium experience, and I would absolutely stay again without hesitation.

Check-in was smooth. Managed to get a room at 1pm, which is always nice. There is nothing like a hotel being anal about the 3pm check-in Room was well appointed and clean. Room service was excellent (Club Sandwich AUD $47.00 incl. room service fee of $10) Only downside is that it is a long walk to the Convention Centre compared to other hotels. I wouldn’t do it in a suit in the rain or 40 degrees. Geography makes an Uber or Taxi a little long winded. Great pool, great service. My choice of hotels in Sydney.
