Reviews for The Fullerton Hotel Sydney
Great location, staff and stay.
First and foremost, its location could not be better. It's close to the main sites, such as the Rocks, harbor bridge and the opera house, all within walking distance. The CBD is all around the Fullerton Hotel. Staff is great, rooms are modern, although ours didn't have the best views, but you can do a lot worse than this place.

Good location for short city stays.
The hotel is ideally located, close to the CBD and within walking distance to The Rocks and Circular Quay. We appreciated the spacious room, although some aspects felt dated, such as limited charging outlets and the cumbersome mirrored closet doors. There were a few cleanliness issues: the bathroom blinds had multiple stains, and there was a suspicious white mark on the desk chair. We refrained from sitting on this item and then began to look harder at our surrounds. On the positive side, the staff were lovely and accommodating, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, perfect after a long day of sightseeing or shopping.

Great Hotel i would go back here, was very easy to check in and chekout. Great base for business meetings for a few days as very central.

Honestly, a little disappointing...
The Fullerton is a spectacular-looking hotel and generally well-appointed. But compared to other five star hotels in Sydney, I found the staff to be a bit aloof and not especially personable. Plus the additional delivery fee for Room Service struck me as "bad optics". To be frank, I doubt that I'll stay there again.
