Superb service, luxurious, classy hotel right in Sydney’s CBD
Superb hotel, beautiful decor, luxurious rooms, perfect CBD location, and above all, service that is second to none. My wife inadvertently left two high-value rings behind, and they were found by housekeeping and sent to lost and found. We contacted the concierge after returning to Singapore, and they were most responsive. They said they had the rings and we got them back by post a week later! What more can we say but that we’ll not stay anywhere else anymore other than at Fullerton Sydney the next time we are in the city.

Great Stay!
Great place to stay! very near to shops. few meters away from the train stations. The room is very spacious and very clean. would definitely stay again to this hotel on my next visit in Sydney.

Heritage Hotel's Charm
Stayed for 4 days on a business trip and had a great experience. The heritage charm was lovely, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, engaging, and attentive. Highly recommended!

A grand home away from home where you are treated like royalty.
We always stay at the Fullerton when we come to Sydney. It is a world class hotel with wonderful heritage rooms as well as ultramodern rooms, and beautiful glassed-in spacious atrium that joins the two and hosts multiple eating and resting areas. Everything about the place is great, but what makes it really special is the way you are treated by all of the staff, who make you feel like royalty and make you feel at home.
